| Textual Information(1) | 1) The number of shareholders as shown in this statement represent aggregate number of demat account and registered folios (in respect of shares held in dematerialised form and physical form, respectively). However, the total number of shareholders of Company as on December 31, 2025 is 13,000 but in the shareholding statement the number of shareholders are shown as 11,820 due to consolidation on PAN basis. 2) The aggregate promoter holding is 49,31,896. As disclosed in the previous quarters, Russell Credit Limited, one of the Promoters held 5 shares in the Company, however, as per their records, they did not hold any share. The said 5 shares were transferred to IEPF during the quarter ended 31st December, 2024. 3) Russell Investments Limited is an indirect associate company of ITC Limited. Accordingly, same has been categorised as a Promoter Group Company and not as Promoter Company. 4) Under column B4(i), NRI includes total of both Repatriable basis (37,563 shares) and Non - Repatriable basis (32,109shares). 5) Under Annexure B, 1st quarter is 30th September, 2025; 2nd quarter is 30th June, 2025, 3rd quarter is 31st March, 2025, 4th quarter is 31st December, 2024. 6) Under Annexure B, Board approved limit is the Sectoral Limit. 7) Under Annexure B, limit utilised is NRI on a Repatriable Basis, as shared by the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
